I read in “The Week” magazine that hundreds of migrant children in government custody were moved this summer from foster shelters to a tent city in Tornillo, Texas. More than 1,600 kids, mostly 13 to 17, have passed through the camp, 35 miles south of El Paso. There is no school and access to legal services is limited. I wonder, is this something like the Hitler Youth organization?
