The Liberty County Sheriff's Office released a community alert Monday evening after the attempted kidnapping of a 13-year-old at gunpoint in Cleveland. At around 3:30 p.m., a boy getting off a Cleveland ISD school bus in the Plum Grove neighborhood said he saw two men in a gold Lincoln car driving toward him slowly.
