The roadway will reopen between 12:30 and 1 p.m. Front Street between Clark and Main streets will also be closed for the duration of the event and will also reopen between 12:30 and 1 p.m. In addition, city officials say no one will be allowed onto Troy Street from Franklin Street for the duration of the morning event.
