For the first time in its almost 10 years of existence, Champions Retreat Golf Club is no longer locally owned. Tower Three Partners and its affiliate, San Diego-based Heritage Golf Group, announced the acquisition of the club in Evans, which will be the eighth property of the Tower Three/Heritage Golf Group portfolio of “best-in-class” golf properties. Tower Three purchased the club and some of its cabins from Champions Golf Properties, LLC, owned by E.G.
