Longtime Auburn Hills Staffer Promoted To City Planner, Master Plan Updates

As the city of Auburn Hills looks to revise its Master Land Use Plan and build up density in its downtown, longtime employee Shawn Keenan has been promoted to city planner. Keenan began his career with the city in 2002 as Water Resources Coordinator. He moved on to become assistant city planner in 2014 after receiving his American Institute of Certified Planners designation, as well as his Michigan Zoning administrator certification.
