Luther Town Trustee And His Wife Charged In Voter Fraud Case

Ronald Joel Henry, 66, and Brenda Henry, 63, both of Luther, were charged Wednesday in Oklahoma County District Court with one felony count of falsifying an absentee ballot application. The voter fraud allegations stem from a board of trustees election held April 7, 2015, according to a court affidavit written by the chief investigator for the district attorney's office.Read more on NewsOK.com
