By Kyle Schwab Staff Writer kschwab@oklahoman.comA Luther town trustee and his wife have been accused of conspiring with relatives to fraudulently use absentee ballots to gain votes during a 2015 election. Ronald Joel Henry, 66, and Brenda Henry, 63, both of Luther, were charged Wednesday in Oklahoma County District Court with one felony count of falsifying an absentee ballot application. The voter fraud allegations stem from a board of trustees election held April 7, 2015, according to a court affidavit written by the chief investigator for the district attorney's office.Read more on NewsOK.com
