LUZERNE — A borough business has been cited for allegedly supplying alcohol to a minor. CFM Variety Beverages, 101 Main St., Luzerne, is accused of a July 23 offense by the State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement. The charge will be brought before an administrative law judge, who can issue a fine between $50 and $1,000 for minor offenses and up to $5,000 for more serious ones. The judge could also suspend or revoke the business’ liquor license, or mandate training for the business owner. .neFileBlock { margin-bottom: 20px; } .neFileBlock p { margin: 0px 0px 0px 0px; } .neFileBlock .neFile { border-bottom: 1px dotted #aaa; padding-bottom: 5px; padding-top: 10px; } .neFileBlock .neCaption { font-size: 85%; } http://timesleader.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/web1_web1_law1-2.jpg By Patrick Kernan pkernan@timesleader.com Reach Patrick Kernan at 570-991-6386 or on Twitter @PatKernan The post Luzerne Borough business accused of selling alcohol to minor appeared first on Times Leader.
