STAMFORD-Two Stamford police officers were honored at the 31st Mothers Against Drunk Driving Law Enforcement Recognition Ceremony. According to a press release, Stamford police congratulated Lt. Diedrich Hohn and Officer Jeffrey Booth for being recognized at the awards luncheon in Southington, last week. MADD’s Connecticut Executive Director Janice Heggie Margolis said the two officers, as well as scores of others from police departments around the state received the awards for going “above and beyond to eliminate drunk and drugged driving,” around the state.
