PORTLAND, Maine — Three nonprofit groups that provide services for victims of domestic violence are among the recipients of more than $2.3 million in federal aid in Maine. The federal Office of Violence Against Women is providing the grants, which are designed to support rape crisis centers and victims of domestic violence and stalking.
