State Police say a man has been arrested after a standoff on Richard Road in Sidney. More than a dozen state police cruisers were seen parked in the area on Friday afternoon, according to the Morning Sentinel. Emergency dispatch reports said a person was barricaded in a residence and that the state police tactical team was on scene, the paper reported. This story will be updated.
