Man In Austin Fires 100 Rounds, Tries To Set Mexican Consulate Ablaze

AUSTIN, Texas – A gunman attempted to set the Mexican Consulate ablaze and fired more than 100 rounds at downtown buildings early Friday before he died, Austin authorities said. Investigators were trying to determine the man’s motives after he began shooting at the consulate, Austin police headquarters, the U.S. courthouse and other locations.
