(AP) — A 21-year-old New York man is going to federal prison for more than six years for his role in a heroin trafficking case that led to the death of a Vermont man. Joshua Rose was sentenced in federal court in Rutland on Thursday to 75 months in prison after a guilty plea to a charge he conspired to distribute 100 grams or more of heroin.
