Man has arm caught under wheel of Muni bus in S.F. A Muni bus ran over a passenger's arm Thursday afternoon in San Francisco's Outer Richmond neighborhood after he tripped and fell while exiting through the rear doors, police said. The man, described as in his 50s, got his foot caught on a gutter as he was getting off the 5-Fulton bus at the corner of Cabrillo and La Playa streets at about 3:09 p.m., said Officer Carlos Manfredi, a police spokesman.
