The fugitive authorities say killed a Peabody couple in cold blood and then days later carjacked and kidnapped a Middleton grandfather in order to make good his escape waived rendition in South Carolina this morning and is returning to Massachusetts, Essex District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett's office confirmed.Wes Doughty, 39, of Danvers is expected to be arraigned on murder charges in Peabody District Court tomorrow for the Feb.
