Man Reports Robbery, Assault At Sacramento Light-rail Station

A man told Sacramento Police that he was robbed and struck in the head early Saturday morning at a light-rail station parking lot. The man said he had just gotten off the train in the 2800 block of 47th Avenue about 12:30 a.m., when he saw three men in their late teens or early 20s hanging around the ticket machine, according to the Police Department's daily activity log.
