LOS ANGELES (AP) — A 21-year-old man has been sentenced to 40 years to life in prison for a shooting that wounded four people outside a Halloween party on the University of Southern California campus in 2012. No one involved was a USC student but the shooting caused the university to beef up security and put restrictions on events held on the campus.
