STOCKTON — Three people were shot and one was killed during a violent few hours across the city, and four teenagers were arrested in connection to the homicide.An unidentified 20-year-old man was found unresponsive from an apparent gunshot wound just before 2 a.m. Wednesday in a business parking lot in east Stockton.Police found the victim on the ground in the 1500 block of East Fremont Street.
