Detectives are investigating a burglary that occurred on February 8, 2018, at 2324 S.W. 9th Street. According to detectives, the burglary took place at approximately 12:30 a.m. The unidentified man was seen on surveillance video footage riding a tricycle. The suspect drove the tricycle into the parking lot of the apartment building, parked the bike, and walked away.
