Ohio Treasurer Josh Mandel announced his candidacy for the U.S. Senate race today in avideo that mixed patriotic rhetoric and homage to Donald Trump's campaign themes. Mandel, 39, a Republican who is in his second term as treasurer, lost a heated race to Democratic incumbent Sen. Sherrod Brown in 2012.
