A manufacturer of wire-mesh decking for retail shelving, manufacturers and other applications has proposed repaying in full $3.8 million due in state loans toward a Columbus plant as part of a bankruptcy reorganization. International Technical Coatings Inc. borrowed a combined $5 million in two loans in 2010 from the Ohio Development Services Agency when the Phoenix, Arizona, company developed a $15 million factory at 845 Markison Ave.
