Two judges from Oakland and Macomb counties will team to talk about one of the most important writings in the formation of the United States of America.Macomb County Probate Judge Carl Marlinga and Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Michael Warren will discuss "The Federalist Papers," aka "The Federalist," on Thursday in a special edition of the Macomb County Bar Foundation History Book Club at Barnes & Noble in Shelby Township.
