Captain America: Civil War was a huge success at the international box office, bringing in $200.2 million on its opening weekend. The film—which debuts domestically May 6—is expected to have a similarly huge opening weekend in North America. Captain America: Civil War is currently on track to earn $175 million, with some analysts predicting the film could even hit $200 million next weekend. "They have found a way to keep the films unbelievably fresh and the reception to this leading into its opening suggests that they've delivered arguably one of the best films to come out of the studio," Disney distribution chief Dave Hollis told Variety.
