BROCKTON, Mass. — A Massachusetts judge has set bail at $100,000 for a former Bridgewater State University student accused of sexually assaulting two young boys while working at a campus daycare center.Twenty-two-year-old Kyle Loughlin was arraigned Friday in Brockton Superior Court and pleaded not guilty to aggravated statutory rape, aggravated child rape and other charges.
