The McHenry City Council will meet Monday to consider an agreement with McHenry High School District 156 related to traffic and drainage concerns on McHenry High School West campus. The district has been completing work at its campus this summer as part of a plan to transform West campus into the home for sophomore, junior and senior students, with East campus housing freshman.
