Md. Woman Held Without Bail In Christmas Eve Slaying

FREDERICK, Md. (AP) — A 19-year-old New York woman will be held without bail on charges of first- and second-degree murder stemming from the fatal shooting of a Hagerstown woman whose body was found on Christmas Eve along U.S. 40 west of Frederick. Terry's attorney disputed the allegations and sought to have her released to the custody of an aunt.
