[meta] On The Qatar Slavery Trend

I guess that I'll get downvoted to oblivion (a friend referred to this as a hara-karma) for speaking against the "dominant" perspective on Qatari worker rights issues, but hey let's try that. Well, it's been about a day since the Qatar-denounciation trend launched. I can't say that I'm favourable to the current human rights situation of Qatar, but in my opinion it is a huge double standard that's dominating this subreddit.
