Four lawsuits involving the Macomb County Public Works Office under prior Commissioner Anthony Marrocco have been settled under the new boss.Commissioner Candice Miller, who took office in January after defeating Marrocco in the 2016 election, said Tuesday the four legal disputes have been resolved with a minimal amount of additional taxpayer dollars paid out by county entities.
