Minnesota Voters Turn In Lowest Turnout Since 1986

(AP) — The fall election has produced Minnesota's lowest voter turnout since 1986. Secretary of State Mark Ritchie says Minnesota's slacking numbers follow a national trend of fall-off in years when presidential candidates aren't on the ballot.
