Motorists who travel Hall Road in Macomb County discovered Monday they have a lot of company. Far too much to close two lanes to traffic.The morning commute slowed to a crawl when drivers unexpectedly encountered lane closures on both the east- and west-bound lanes as crews worked on concrete patch projects between Hayes and Heydenreich roads.
