NETHER PROVIDENCE >> For the second time in a decade, the township has caught the eye of Money magazine as it rolled out its annual "Best Places to Live" list, which is the cover story for the September edition.Nether Providence was one of three Pennsylvania communities to make the publication's ranking of top "Best Small Towns" in America, coming in at 27th out of 50.
