MONROE - In exile for more than a year, the Town of Monroe's municipal offices are set to move into space in a synagogue that the Town Board has agreed to rent for $108,000 a year and ultimately might buy.Under the terms of the lease-purchase agreement signed Wednesday, the town will rent 10,200 square feet of space on the bottom floor of the Congregation Eitz Chaim temple, while the congregation will continue to hold services and Hebrew school classes in the upper level.
