The eastbound off-ramp to Montlake is closed on state Route-520 Thursday afternoon after a semi truck got caught on a jersey barrier. State troopers expect the ramp to be closed for at least another hour while they await a tow truck to help pluck the truck off the guard rail, spokesman Trooper Chris Webb said.
