WOONSOCKET, R.I. — A woman and her two children were trapped in a vehicle with a downed power line strewn across it early Friday evening after a truck veered off Social Street and hit a light pole, authorities said.The police responded to the area at 7:13 p.m. National Grid cut power and the family was safely removed from their vehicle without injury, said Woonsocket police Sgt.
