MOYOCK A Moyock man was killed by a passing car Sunday night on Puddin Ridge Road as he walked down the middle of the road. Zachary Story, 23, of Wildwood Estates, was killed at about 9 p.m. Sunday when a 19-year-old woman going in the same direction struck him, said Trooper James Chappell of the North Carolina State Highway Patrol.
