Two people were hurt and traffic was throttled Tuesday in multi-vehicle wreck on westbound Interstate 20 near the merge with East Loop 820 in southeast Fort Worth, according to reports.Police were notified at about 8:50 a.m., according to their reports.The information indicated that it was a four-vehicle wreck, although the number of vehicles involved could not be confirmed at 9:45 a.m.But a dispatcher for MedStar said that the two injured people were taken to John Peter Smith Hospital.
