WALLOPS ISLAND, Va. (AP) — The launch of a Department of Defense rocket from Virginia's Eastern Shore has been postponed. NASA had planned to launch the Terrier-Lynx suborbital rocket early Wednesday morning. The rocket may be visible to residents in the Chesapeake Bay region. The NASA Visitor Center at Wallops won't be open for viewing the launch.
