Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) signaled Monday she’s willing to give a chance to President-elect Trump’s embattled Secretary of Defense nominee Pete Hegseth, Axios reports. Said Ernst: “As I support Pete through this process, I look forward to a fair hearing based on truth, not anonymous sources.”
