Nbc Sets "the Wiz" As Next Live Musical

NBC has announced that "The Wiz" is set to be its next live musical performance following the great success of "The Sound of Music" and the not-so stellar but still decent performance of "Peter Pan". On top of that, Cirque du Soleil is onboard the project with plans to bring the show to Broadway in 2016.
