Daytime radio's self-proclaimed High Priest of the Church of the Painful Truth announced his retirement during his Monday show. And his replacement will be a man who tried, then left the race for president. Conservative talk show host Neal Boortz said he will leave his popular talk show, which airs from 9 a.m.
