The lack of women graduating with STEM degrees is one reason for the gender disparity in the engineering and tech worlds. But when women make up 37 percent of all MBA students in business schools nationwide, why are so few of them pursuing business roles in tech? That's what Catalyst, a nonprofit promoting inclusive workplaces for women, set out to find.
