Neese, 71, lives in an area of Canadian County that is part of the 3rd Congressional District, voter registration and Ethics Commission records show. She said last week she will seek the GOP nomination in the 5th Congressional District, which includes most of Oklahoma County and Pottawatomie and Seminole Counties.
