Twitter has rolled out a new policy on what happens when a user blocks another user — for harassment or other negative behavior, presumably — and while the company seems to be arguing that this is an improvement over the old approach, some of those who have been forced to use the block feature in the past say that the new version of the policy could actually make things worse.
