Netflix Renews "narcos" For A Second Season

Netflix has officially renewed its Pablo Escobar-themed drug drama "Narcos" for a second season. Wagner Moura plays the Medellin Cartel head in the series which premiered on the service on August 28th and has so far received very good reviews. Scripts for second season episodes are already well underway. Adam Fierro ("The Shield") will take over as show runner for Chris Brancato ("Hannibal") who oversaw the first season as he's now committed to the biblical drama "Of Kings and Prophets".
