New Grocery Concept Coming To R Street

The owner of Raley's is embarking on a new grocery concept scheduled to debut in Sacramento's R Street neighborhood in spring 2017. Michael Teel, who last year became the majority owner of West Sacramento-based Raley's, will own the new concept called Market 5-ONE-5. But company officials say the store, which focuses on healthy eating, will stand on its own and operate independently of Raley's.
