BERWICK, Maine (AP) — The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service says it has finalized the creation of a new national wildlife refuge that will be located in parts of five New England states and New York.Great Thicket National Wildlife Refuge will be located on up to 15,000 non-contiguous acres in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, and Rhode Island.
