Mark Angeles, a 22-year-old Southeast Portland resident and 2015 Reed College graduate, died in a collision with a tow truck while cycling on Gladstone Street in Southeast Portland on Wednesday. Angeles graduated with a degree in chemistry and environmental studies and was heavily involved in community service.
