This was the former "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" star's second straight week at the bottom of the leaderboard, and the judges have for weeks complained about his lack of technique despite their love for his performances. As head grump judge Len Goodman had noted previously, it’s the worst dancers this season who are the most entertaining.

Despite a second consecutive week of huge drops, the Ashton Kutcher-ized "Two and a Half Men" remains a major hit and combined with the the network's resurgent 8 p.m. hour to give CBS an easy Monday win among young viewers. The new cast of "Dancing With the Stars" has been revealed. ABC says the 13th season of the hit show will feature a mix of actors, athletes and TV personalities. Set to tango and quickstep with professional dance partners will be basketball star Ron Artest; World Cup soccer player Hope Solo; reality stars Robert Kardashian, Kristin Cavallari and Chaz Bono; TV personalities Nancy Grace, Carson Kressley and Ricki Lake; singer-actress Chynna Phillips; actors David Arquette and J.R. Martinez; and Italian actress Elisabetta Canalis, who may be better known in the United States for being George Clooney's ex-girlfriend.
