In a move that everyone knew was coming -- but still feared wouldn't happen -- Fox and Warner Bros. have come to an agreement over their "Watchmen" litigation, and will be presenting a settlement to the judge in the case today.

Eli Lilly and Co said it will pay about $1.42 billion to settle both criminal and civil investigations related to the marketing of its antipsychotic drug Zyprexa and has agreed to plead guilty to one misdemeanor violation of the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

A scheduled Tuesday court conference between Fox and Warner Bros. attorneys has been cancelled, fueling talk that a settlement in the contentious Watchmen case is imminent.
