Powerball fever is raising hopes -and the size - of tonight's jackpot again. It's now at least $550 million. Wednesday morning the Multi-State Lottery Association increased $50 million to the jackpot, up from $500 million. It stood at $325 million Saturday and rose to $425 Sunday as hopefuls snapping up $2 tickets at a rate of more than 130,000 a minute.

Thieves steal $1.5 million worth of iPad Minis from a cargo building at JFK airport

Shortly before midnight on Monday two criminals accessed a cargo building in John F. Kennedy airport and managed to steal $1.5 million worth of iPad minis. According to The New York Post, the pair used the airport’s own forklift to load two pallets containing the Apple (AAPL) tablets into their vehicle.
