The owner of a Houston daycare center where four toddlers died in a fire that started after she left the children unattended to go shopping was sentenced on Tuesday to 80 years in prison for a felony murder conviction in one of the deaths.

Authorities found Autumn Pasquale's (pas-KWAHL'-ee) body in a recycling bin Monday night after a 48-hour search in her hometown of Clayton. Two teen brothers in town were charged Tuesday with murdering her.

Authorities on Friday identified the body of a man who was found entombed in concrete in the backyard of a northeast Georgia home. The man has been identified as Sean Dugas, 30, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation medical examiner's office. The body was found Monday encased in a plastic storage container filled with concrete.

A chef who boiled his wife's body for four days to hide evidence of her death was convicted of second-degree murder Thursday. In a recorded interrogation presented by prosecutors during the trial, David Viens, 49, can be heard saying he cooked the body of his 39-year-old wife, Dawn, in late 2009 until little was left but her skull.

A Tennessee man was shot and killed Saturday during a meeting to sell guns to two men who answered an ad on Craigslist. Joshua McLean, 30, of Nashville, and his brother met the two men at a Nashville shopping center Saturday night, according to a WTVF-TV report.
